Analysis on Surface Defects of ER50-6 Carbon Steel Solid Welding Wires
摘 要
ER50-6碳钢实心焊丝在表面检验过程中发现有断续分布、深浅不一的印记。通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,分析了缺陷形貌及组织特征,确定了缺陷产生的原因。结果表明:焊丝表面缺陷为生产制造过程中酸洗、冲洗工艺不当造成的点腐蚀缺陷,最后结合工艺情况提出了一些改进建议。
Abstract
Intermittent marks with varying depths were found on the surface of ER50-6 carbon steel solid welding wires during the surface inspection. Through macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, and scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, the defect morphology and microstructure characteristics were analyzed, and the causes of the defects were determined. The results show that the surface defects of the welding wires were pitting corrosion defects caused by improper pickling and rinsing process in the manufacturing process. Finally, some improvement suggestions were proposed in combination with the process conditions.
