Corrosion Behavior of Galvanized Steel in the Environment of Lixi Substation in Qingyuan
摘 要
采用挂片试验,电化学试验等研究了镀锌钢在清远黎溪变电站大气环境中暴露不同时间后的腐蚀行为,结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM),能谱仪(EDS)等对腐蚀产物进行了表征。结果表明:镀锌钢在腐蚀初期(1~3个月)出现点蚀坑;腐蚀后期(9~12个月)点蚀坑延伸至整个金属表面;初期腐蚀速率较大,后期腐蚀速率减小并趋于稳定。大气中的Cl-是引起镀锌钢点蚀的主要因素;且风力作用使土壤中Mo、Al参与金属腐蚀;大气暴露试验后腐蚀产物主要为ZnSO4和ZnO。
Abstract
The corrosion behavior of galvanized steel after exposure in the atmospheric environment of Lixi substation in Qingyuan for different times was studied by coupon test and electrochemical test, and the corrosion products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the galvanized steel had pits in the initial stage of corrosion (1~3 months); and the pitting pits extended to the entire metal surface in the later stage of corrosion (9~12 months). The corrosion rate of the sample was large at the initial stage of corrosion, and decreased and tended to be stable at the later stage. In the atmosphere environment, Cl- was the main factor causing pitting of galvanized steel; and the wind action caused Mo and Al in the soil to participate in metal corrosion. The corrosion products were mainly composed of ZnSO4 and ZnO after atmospheric exposure test.
