Preparation of Standard Samples for Use in XRFS Determination of Harmful Elements in Polypropylene Materials
摘 要
制备了一套适用于X射线荧光光谱法测定聚丙烯(PP)材料中5种有害元素(铅、镉、铬、汞和溴)的标准样品。首先,制备聚丙烯材料目标元素高含量母粒,然后通过逐级稀释的方法制备目标元素含量梯度的样品原料,最后制得符合X射线荧光光谱分析使用要求的标准样品。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法和离子色谱法测定所制得标准样品中各元素的含量。所制备的用于X射线荧光光谱分析的PP标准样品通过F检验和t检验,得到统计量F<F0.05(14,135),统计量t<t0.05(12),说明此标准样品均匀性、稳定性良好。
Abstract
A set of standard samples for use in XRFS determination of 5 harmful elements (i.e., Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg and Br) in polypropylene (PP) materials was prepared. At first, PP granules (or "mother granules") containing estimated high contents of the 5 target elements were prepared. Then the mother granules were mixed by stepwise dilution to prepare candidate PP samples containing the concentration levels. Finally, the standard samples which were suitable to be used in XRFS analysis, were perpared. ICP-AES and IC were used for determination of each element in the prepared standard samples. Homogeneity and stability of the prepared standard samples were determined by the F-test and t-test, giving values of F and t were all less than the critical values of F0.05(14,135) and t0.05(12), showing that the stability and homogeneity of the standard samples were satisfactory.
