Al2O3掺杂与超声辅助对纯铝表面微弧氧化层结构与性能的影响
          
Effect of Al2O3 Doping and Ultrasonic Assisting on Structure and Properties of Micro-arc Oxidation Coating on Surface of Pure Aluminum

摘    要
在复合电解液体系中加入Al2O3粉,并引入超声辅助对纯铝基体进行微弧氧化处理,研究了Al2O3掺杂与超声辅助对微弧氧化层微观形貌、物相组成、耐腐蚀性能与摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:超声辅助促使更多的Al2O3微粒参与微弧氧化过程,形成的微弧氧化层更平整致密,孔洞尺寸较小且分布均匀,孔隙率较低;与未掺杂Al2O3或未引入超声辅助形成的微弧氧化层相比,掺杂Al2O3和引入超声辅助后微弧氧化层的自腐蚀电流密度明显降低,极化电阻大幅提高,摩擦因数和比磨损率均降低,耐腐蚀性能和摩擦磨损性能都得到显著提高。

Abstract
Pure aluminum substrate was treated by micro-arc oxidation with the assistance of ultrasonic in a composite electrolyte added with Al2O3 powder. The effects of Al2O3 doping and ultrasonic assisting on the microstructure, phase composition, corrosion resistance and friction and wear performance of micro-arc oxidation coating were investigated. The results show that the ultrasonic assisting promoted more Al2O3 particles to participate in the micro-arc oxidation process. The micro-arc oxidation coating was more smooth and compact with uniformly distributed small pores, and had lower porosity. Comparing with micro-arc oxidation coatings without Al2O3 doping or ultrasonic assisting, the free corrosion current density of the micro-arc oxidation coating with Al2O3 doping and ultrasonic assisting was obviously reduced; the polarization resistance increased significantly; the friction coefficient and specific wear rate both decreased. Therefore the corrosion resistance and the friction and wear properties were greatly improved.
