Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing of Glass Fiber Composite Materials on Wind Turbine Blades
摘 要
针对风电叶片在高空、全天候条件下工作时容易产生缺陷的问题,提出在制造阶段对风电叶片进行无损检测,以减少有缺陷的叶片进入风场的概率。介绍了利用低频相控阵超声技术对风电叶片检测的方法,以及一些典型缺陷的检测结果,分析了常见缺陷的相控阵超声图像信号,从而可以看出相控阵超声是检测叶片壳体内部和壳-梁胶接质量的有效方法,可以有效地实现叶片制造过程和在役过程的无损检测。
Abstract
The blades work under the conditions of high altitude and all weather, bear large load and bad operating environment. Therefore, the nondestructive testing of wind turbine blades should be carried out during manufacturing to help ensure blade integrity. This paper introduces a NDT method of wind power blades using low frequency phased array ultrasonic technology, and the detection results of some typical defects. The phased array ultrasonic image signal of common defects is analyzed. It can be seen that phased array ultrasonic testing is an effective method to inspect the quality of blade shell and shell-beam bonding.
