Analysis on Corrosion Failure of an Oil Pipeline in Changqing Oilfield
摘 要
通过化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、腐蚀形貌观察和腐蚀产物分析等方法,对长庆油田某输油管道的腐蚀失效原因进行了全面研究。结果表明:垢下腐蚀和细菌腐蚀是管道腐蚀失效的直接原因,建议改善水质结垢倾向,采取定期添加阻垢剂和杀菌剂等防腐蚀措施。
Abstract
The reasons for corrosion failure of an oil pipeline in Changqing oilfield were investigated comprehensively through chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property testing, corrosion morphology observation and corrosion product analysis. The results show that under-scale corrosion and bacterial corrosion were the direct causes of corrosion failure for the pipeline. Anti-corrosion measures of improving the fouling tendency of water, adding scale inhibitor and fungicide at regular intervals are proposed.
