Thinking and Exploration on the Construction of Automation Process for Product Performance Testing in Iron and Steel Enterprises
摘 要
目前国内钢铁企业在成品性能检测全流程的自动化方面还是空白,存在工作效率低、人为影响因素多等问题。顺应我国智能制造迅速发展的趋势,从样坯粗加工、试样精加工、试样管理以及试验技术等方面,就如何运用现代化技术建设一个全自动成品性能检测试验室进行了论述,并分析了建设自动化成品性能检测试验室有待解决的关键技术,以期加快我国钢铁材料成品性能检测行业装备水平的提升。
Abstract
At present, domestic iron and steel enterprises are still blank in the automation of the whole process of product performance testing, and there are problems such as low work efficiency and many human influencing factors. Following the rapid development trend of intelligent manufacturing in China, from the aspects of blank sample rough processing, sample fine machining, sample management and testing technology, how to construct a fully automatic product performance testing laboratory with modern technology was discussed. The key technologies to be solved in the construction of automatic product performance testing laboratory were analyzed. It is expected to accelerate the improvement of the equipment level of Chinese iron and steel material product performance testing industry.
