Study on the Cross Section Vickers Hardness Determination Method of Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars in GB/T 1499.2-2018
摘 要
采用不同载荷对不同规格的热轧带肋钢筋截面基圆外围不封闭环进行了维氏硬度检验。通过比对分析,探讨了热轧带肋钢筋新国标GB/T 1499.2-2018中规定的检验方法在使用过程中存在的问题。结果表明:使用该标准规定的方法进行维氏硬度检验,经常会出现难以测出可靠结果、测试点不足或不能进行检验的情况;另外由于距离试样边缘位置定位较困难,降低了检验效率;建议根据试样基圆外围不封闭环的实际情况,选择合适的加载载荷进行维氏硬度检验,在满足标准要求的前提下优先采用大载荷的试验力进行检验,以提高检验的准确度。
Abstract
The Vickers hardness tests were carried out on the unclosed ring around the base circle of the hot rolled ribbed bars of different specifications with different loads. Through the comparison analysis, the problems in the use of the test method specified in the new national standard GB/T 1499.2-2018 for hot rolled ribbed bars were discussed. The results show that when using the test method specified by the standard, cases such as being difficult to obtain reliable results, the test points being insufficient or the test being not carried out, often appear. Meanwhile, it is difficult to locate the edge position, which reduces the test efficiency. It is recommended to select the appropriate loads for the Vickers hardness test according to the actual situation of the outside unclosed loop around the base circle of the sample. Under the premise of meeting the standard requirements, large load is preferred to improve the test accuracy.
