A Primary Study of the Corrosion Protection and Control for NPP Containment Liner
摘 要
安全壳钢衬里是防止核泄漏的第三道安全屏障,腐蚀是其主要老化机理之一。随着核电厂服役时间的增加,钢衬里腐蚀逐渐呈现上升的趋势,可能导致钢衬里的密封性下降,并影响核电厂的长寿期安全运行。根据国内外腐蚀事件及其检查数据,分析钢衬里的腐蚀机理和主要影响因素。为了有效探测与缓解钢衬里腐蚀带来的危害,展开了大面积快速扫描且能保持精度的钢衬里腐蚀检测初步技术研究。建议将超声检测纳入电厂钢衬里预防性检查,以降低钢衬里的腐蚀概率。
Abstract
Containment is the third nuclear safety barrier to prevent the nuclear leakage. Containment liner corrosion is one of the main aging mechanisms. The liner's corrosion rate may increase over service time and could induce the liner leakproofness degradation, and affect the long term safe operation of nuclear power plant (NPP). The liner corrosion mechanism and main influence factors were analyzed based on the data which have been reported. A primary research on the liner corrosion detection technology was performed. The application of ultrasonic test for liner could be brought into the preventive program of NPP for reducing the liner corrosion probability.
