The placement Direction of Dual Line Image Quality Meter in Digital Radiography
摘 要
在数字射线检测时,发现双线型像质计在平行焊缝摆放和垂直焊缝摆放两个方向上的测量空间分辨率存在很大差距,在双丝垂直焊缝摆放时不能满足标准要求,只有双丝平行焊缝摆放才能达到标准要求。分析认为产生问题的原因是射线机焦点形状不同,并通过试验进行了验证,给出了双线型像质计的放置方向建议。
Abstract
In CR photographic experiments, it was found that a big gap existed in the measured spatial resolutions for the bilinear image quality meter parallelly placed with the weld seam as compared to the one placed vertical to the seam. It was also found that the vertical placed meter was unable to meet the standard requirements, and only the parallelly placed one could meet requirements by standard. The reason of the phenomenon is due to the different shapes of the X-ray beam focus point, and the finding is verified by experiments. Suggestions on placement direction of dual-wire image quality meter are given.
