Improved Design of the Bearing Capacity under External Pressure for the Front Fragile Cover Based on Finite Element Analysis
摘 要
某前易碎盖是导弹贮运发射箱的关键部件之一,其外压承载能力不足,不能保证邻位导弹的安全性。在保证内压破坏强度基本不变的情况下,在前易碎盖内安装限位支撑机构,采用有限元软件对前易碎盖改进设计前后的外压承载能力进行了对比分析,并对该前易碎盖进行了地面性能试验和工作试验。结果表明:改进设计后的前易碎盖的外压承载能力得到了大幅度提高;有限元仿真分析方法可以指导其他易碎盖的性能改进设计工作。
Abstract
A front fragile cover is one of the key components of the missile storage and launch box. Its bearing capacity under external pressure was insufficient, which made the safety of adjacent missiles could not be guaranteed. Under the condition that the internal pressure failure strength was basically unchanged, a limiting support mechanism was installed in the front fragile cover. The bearing capacity under external pressure of the front fragile cover before and after the improved design was compared and analyzed by finite element software, and the ground performance test and working test of the front fragile cover were carried out. The results show that the bearing capacity under external pressure of the front fragile cover was greatly improved after the improved design, and the finite element simulation analysis method can be used to guide the performance improvement design of other fragile covers.
