The Combined Application of Nondestructive Testing Technology in the Periodic Inspection of Spherical Tank
摘 要
球形储罐大量用于盛载高压、易燃易爆或有毒有害的介质,对其进行定期检验尤为重要,直接关系到球罐的安全运行。利用两个球形储罐的定期检验案例,阐述了通过优化定期检验中无损检测技术的组合应用,可以提高球罐的检验水平,确保设备安全。
Abstract
Spherical storage tank is widely used to carry high pressure and contain inflammable explosive or poisonous and harmful media. Its regular inspection is directly related to its safe operation and is very important. Two case studies were performed in relation with the periodic inspection of spherical tank in this paper, so as to expound the optimization of the combination of nondestructive testing technology in application of periodic inspection, to improve the level of inspection and to ensure equipment safety.
