Research of Automatic Ultrasonic Testing System for In-service High-Pressure Gas Cylinder Group
摘 要
介绍了全自动高压储气瓶组管体超声波检测系统的设计和开发,系统主要用于对在役高压储气瓶组管体实施不拆卸情况下的超声波自动化检测。检测系统包括移动模组、轮式探头、智能超声波激励与数据处理模块,可对管体内部的腐蚀与缺陷进行100%全覆盖扫描,扫描完毕后产生全管体的C扫描图像,并显示气瓶的腐蚀状况和缺陷状况。该系统专门针对在役高压储气瓶组的现场检测而开发,可自动沿管体移动,自动发射接收并自动处理存储检测信号。设备在实际高压储气瓶组上进行了测试和使用,检测系统的灵敏度和分辨率满足国家相关标准。
Abstract
The design and development of an automatic ultrasonic inspection system for high-pressure gas cylinder group are introduced in this paper . The system is mainly used for automatic ultrasonic testing of the pipe of the high-pressure gas cylinder group without its disassembling. The inspection system consists of mobile module, wheel probe, intelligent ultrasonic excitation and data processing module. 100% full coverage scanning of the corrosion and defect inside the tube can be conducted by this system. After scanning, the C-scan images of defect distribution of the whole tube are generated. And the corrosion status and defect condition of the cylinder are displayed. The system is specially designed for on-site inspection of in-service high-pressure gas cylinders. The robot in the system can automatically move along the tube, automatically transmit, receive, process and store detection signals. The system has been tested and used on the actual high-pressure gas cylinder group. The sensitivity and resolution of the detection system meet the relevant national standards.
