Evaluation Methods of Mechanical Properties of Special Structure Springs
摘 要
针对特殊结构弹性元件的性能参数测试要求,设计了其力学性能测试方法和装置。利用该方法和装置开展了弹性元件持久压缩试验和工作压力表征,并对影响测试结果可靠性和稳定性的工艺参数进行了探索,在模拟元件服役结构环境的基础上建立了稳定可靠的表征方法。结果表明:该方法和装置能准确表征特殊结构弹性元件的力学性能。
Abstract
The mechanical property test method and device were designed for the performance parameter test requirements of special structure springs. The long-term compress testing and specified load testing of the springs were carried out by the designed method and device. The technical parameters that influenced the reliability and stability of testing results were explored. The steady-going and reliable evaluation methods were constituted based on simulating the structure environment of the spings. The results show that the method and device could evaluate the mechanical properties of the special structure springs accurately.
