Influence of Anvil Wear on Charpy Impact Test Results
摘 要
为了分析砧座磨损对冲击吸收能量的影响,分别采用磨损严重的砧座和完好的新砧座对超高、高、中能量级的弧形缺口标准试样进行了冲击试验,并对两种砧座测得的力-冲击吸收能量-时间曲线和试样宏观形貌进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用磨损严重的砧座进行冲击试验,会在试验过程中产生额外的摩擦功,导致测得的冲击吸收能量偏高;且试样能量级别越高,受砧座磨损影响的程度也越大。
Abstract
In order to analyze the influence of the anvil wear on the impact absorbed energy, the impact test was carried out on the arc notched standard specimens with super high, high and medium energy levels by using the severely worn anvil and the intact new anvil, respectively. And the force-impact absorbed energy-time curves and the macroscopic morphology of the specimens obtained by new and worn anvils were compared and analyzed. The results show that the impact test with a severely worn anvil will generate additional friction work during the test and result in a higher impact absorbed energy. And the higher the energy level of the specimens is, the greater the influence of the anvil wear is.
