Spectrophotometric Determination of Pazufloxacin Mesylate in Lyophilized Powder Injections and Eye Drops
摘 要
在硝酸溶液中,铁(Ⅲ)与甲磺酸帕珠沙星在室温下形成橙黄色配合物,其最大吸收波长为470 nm,采用分光光度法测定冻干粉针剂和滴眼液中甲磺酸帕珠沙星的含量。甲磺酸帕珠沙星的质量浓度在3.0~540.0 mg·L-1内与其对应的吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.88 mg·L-1。方法用于冻干粉针剂和滴眼液样品的分析,加标回收率为96.8%~101%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.3%~1.4%。
Abstract
In HNO3 solution, the orange-yellow coordination compound of Fe(Ⅲ) and pazufloxacin mesilate was formed at room temperature, having its absorption maximum at the wavelength of 470 nm. Spectrophotometry was applied to the determination of pazufloxacin mesylate in lyophilized powder injections and eye drops. Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of pazufloxacin mesilate was obtained in the range of 3.0-540.0 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3s/k) of 0.88 mg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of lyophilized powder injection and eye drop, giving values of recovery found by standard addition method and RSDs (n=5) of determined values in the ranges of 96.8%-101% and 1.3%-1.4% respectively.
