Uncorrelated Indication Discrimination of Magnetic Particle Detection Caused by Bearing Parts Material and Microstructure
摘 要
梳理了非相关显示形成原理和引起非相关显示的类型,以及非相关显示的失效分析验证步骤,并举例说明了碳化物带状组织和残余奥氏体组织引起的非相关显示辨析。结果表明:磁粉检测时材料和显微组织引起的非相关显示在判别上存在难度,需要借助于金相分析进一步验证;非相关显示的分析验证步骤根据工件的具体情况而略有变化。
Abstract
The formation principle and the types of uncorrelated indication were summarized. The failure analysis verification steps of uncorrelated indication were also described. The discrimination of uncorrelated indications caused by carbide banded structure and residual austenite structure was illustrated with examples. The results show that the uncorrelated indication caused by material and microstructure was difficult to distinguish, which need further verification by metallographic analysis. The analysis verification steps of uncorrelated indication vary slightly according to the specific conditions of the workpieces.
