Flexible Phased Array CIVA Simulation of Inserted Fillet Welds
摘 要
针对插入式管座角焊缝特殊的结构特征,提出了柔性相控阵置于管子内壁进行检测的新方法,建立了柔性相控阵水钢界面波束聚焦模型。利用CIVA软件仿真设计了插入式管座角焊缝专用柔性相控阵探头参数,包括声场仿真和缺陷响应。最后,根据设计的相控阵参数研制了探头,对自行开发的插入式管座角焊缝试样进行了检测试验。结果表明,该技术可以有效地检测出插入式管座角焊缝中的裂纹、夹渣、气孔等常见缺陷,大大提高了检测效率,有望实现工程应用。
Abstract
According to the structure characteristics of inserted fillet welds, a new testing method is presented in this paper which puts the flexible phased array in the inner side of tube. The flexible phased array water-steel model is established. The simulation of the acoustic field and defect response by CIVA software is completed to determine the phased array parameters. At last, based on simulation result, the probe is manufactured. Also, the sample of inserted fillet welds is manufactured. The testing experiments on the sample are accomplished. The results indicated that this technique could effectively detect the crack, slag, porosity defect etc. The detection efficiency is greatly improved and the engineering application is expected to be realized.
