Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing of BOSS Weld in Nuclear Power Plant
摘 要
针对核电厂核岛不锈钢管道管座角焊缝(BOSS焊缝)体积检测工程需求,结合常规岛碳钢管道对接焊缝相控阵超声检测工程实践经验,利用超声仿真软件对核电厂一回路典型BOSS焊缝进行相控阵超声检测模拟仿真分析,制定了相控阵超声检测技术方案,进行了试件模拟缺陷的仿真分析,结果表明相控阵超声检测可对不同类型缺陷进行有效检测,为不锈钢BOSS焊缝相控阵超声检测工艺的开发打下了基础。
Abstract
Considering the volume examination requirements of the fillet weld (BOSS weld) in stainless steel pipeline of nuclear island and combining with the phased array ultrasonic examination experience of carbon steel pipeline butt weld of conventional island (CI), this paper aims to carry out phased array ultrasonic examination simulation analysis for the typical BOSS weld of the primary circuit of the nuclear power plant by using ultrasonic simulation software and to finalize the technical program of phased array ultrasonic examination. The simulation analysis result of specimen shows that phased array ultrasonic examination can effectively examine different types of defects, and the phased array ultrasonic examination process development of stainless steel BOSS weld in future could be based on experimental research results of this paper.
