On the Defect Location Accuracy of Phased Array Testing of Pipe Fillet Weld
摘 要
管座角焊缝外表面相对于支管是一个曲面,该表面结构会在相控阵图谱中产生反射信号,且其位置不断变化,严重影响缺陷的评定。通过对缺陷定位影响因素的分析,提出了适当的修正方法,有效排除了结构反射信号的干扰,提高了缺陷检测的准确性。
Abstract
The outer surface of fillet welding seam of pipe seat is a curved surface relative to branch pipe. The surface structure of fillet weld will produce reflection signal in phased array pattern, and its position is constantly changing, which seriously affects the evaluation of defects. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of defect location, an appropriate method is proposed to correct the defect location, which effectively eliminates the interference of structural reflection signal and improves the accuracy of defect detection.
