Corrosion Inhibition of Polycarboxylic Acid Corrosion Inhibitor to Boiler Steel
摘 要
通过原液验证试验,防护模拟试验和电化学试验研究了聚羧酸类缓蚀剂WH-151对DIWA353钢和20G钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明:WH-151缓蚀剂通过物理化学反应在DIWA353钢和20G钢表面形成致密的缓蚀剂膜,能有效抑制金属电化学腐蚀的阳极和阴极过程,提高两种试验钢的耐蚀性,实际应用中经过初期预膜后缓蚀率均能保持在90%以上,且缓蚀剂含量越高,形成的膜层越致密,缓蚀效果越好。
Abstract
The corrosion resistance of polycarboxylic acid corrosion inhibitor WH-151 to DIWA353 steel and 20G steel was studied through liquid proof test, protective simulation test and electrochemical test. The results show that WH-151 corrosion inhibitor formed a dense corrosion inhibitor film on the surfaces of DIWA353 steel and 20G steel through physical and chemical reaction, which effectively inhibited anodic and cathodic processes in electrochemical corrosion of metal and improved the corrosion resistance of two test steels. In practical applications, the corrosion inhibition efficiency could be maintained above 90% after initial pre-coating, and the higher the corrosion inhibitor content, the denser the formed film layer and the better the corrosion inhibition effect.
