Failure Analysis of Coating on Concrete Floors of Containment in an AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant
摘 要
某AP1000核电厂在机组热态功能试验后对安全壳内混凝土地面环氧树脂涂层联检过程中,发现混凝土地面涂层存在破损、漆面大面积污染发黄等失效缺陷。采用宏微观观察,能谱分析等方法对涂层失效的原因进行分析。结果表明:铁锈水长期浸泡并渗透附着是该涂层失效的根本原因。
Abstract
During joint inspection of the epoxy resin coating on concrete floor of containment after heat functional test in an AP1000 nuclear power plant, it was found that the coating on concrete floor was damaged, and the coating surface was contaminated and yellowed in large areas. Macroscopic and microscopic observation, energy spectrum analysis were used to analyze the causes of coating failure. The results show that long-term immersion and penetration of rust water was the root cause of the failure of the coating.
