Application of Rare Earth Titanium Nano Coating Pipe to Changqing Oilfield
摘 要
通过现场试验检验稀土钛纳米涂层油管在长庆油田腐蚀严重区块的适用性,并通过实验室加热试验检验稀土钛纳米涂料油管在高温环境中的使用效果,以解决油田生产中出现的油管腐蚀(含丝扣腐蚀)、偏磨、垢堵、抽油杆腐蚀、偏磨断脱等多种问题。试验结果显示,经稀土钛纳米涂料涂覆后油管使用寿命延长了2~3倍,并可明显节约经济成本。
Abstract
The suitability of rare earth titanium nano coating pipe used in severely corroded blocks in Changqing area was investigated through field test. And the effect of rare earth titanium nano coating pipe in high temperature environment was investigated through heating test in laboratory. These tests were carried out to solve the problems of pipe corrosion (including threaded corrosion), partial wear, dirt plugging, sucker rod corrosion, partial wear off and others occurring in oil production. The test results show that the service life of pipe extended by 2-3 times after being coated with rare earth titanium nano coating, and the economic costs could be significantly saved.
