On-line Damage Detection of Wave-Guiding Rods Under High Temperature Conditions
摘 要
高温条件下进行声发射检测时,常温传感器不能直接耦合在被测对象的表面上,需要利用波导杆将传感器与被测对象连接起来。因此,为了实际检测的方便,开展了波导杆辅助检测工具的特性研究,分析了波导杆材料、直径、长度等对声发射检测的影响。
Abstract
Under high temperature, the acoustic emission sensors cannot be coupled directly onto the surface of the object to be measured,so the wave-guiding rod is used to connect the sensor and the measured object. Therefore,for the convenience of the scene detection,it is necessary to carry out studies on the characteristics of the wave-guiding rod auxiliary detection tool,the influence of the material, diameter and length of the waveguide rod on the acoustic emission detection results is analyzed.
