Corrosion Resistance of Polyketone Materials
摘 要
配置了CO2/H2S/CH4/庚烷/己烷/甲苯/去离子水混合溶液腐蚀介质,采用浸泡试验研究了聚酮(POK)材料在混合腐蚀介质中的高温耐腐蚀性能。并采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)以及红外光谱(IR)等测试手段对材料腐蚀前后的结构变化进行了表征。结果表明:腐蚀后POK的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、硬度分别减少了71.4%,26.1%和44.3%;质量增加了22.1%。POK的晶型和基团结构未发生显著变化,结晶程度明显下降,导致POK性能下降。
Abstract
CO2/H2S/CH4/heptane/hexane/toluene/deionized water mixed corrosive medium was prepared, and the high temperature corrosion resistance of polyketone (POK) material in the corrosive medium was studied by immersion test. The structural changes of the materials before and after corrosion were characterized by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The results show that the tensile strength, elongation at break and hardness of POK after corrosion were reduced by 71.4%, 26.1% and 44.3%, respectively, and the mass was increased by 22.1%. The crystal form and group structure of POK did not change significantly, and the degree of crystallization was significantly reduced, resulting in a decrease in POK performance.
