The spot check ratio of nondestructive testing of pipeline in oilfield capital construction project
摘 要
针对油田基建工程各施工规范对管道焊接无损检测抽查比例要求不一的问题,通过对常用施工规范进行对比分类,结合施工现场的实际情况,并与设计单位沟通之后,总结出了油田基建工程各类管道应执行的无损检测抽查比例。
Abstract
In view of the fact that the proportion of nondestructive testing for pipeline welding in various construction codes of oilfield capital construction project is different, which leads to the unclear proportion of nondestructive testing in construction. This paper summarizes the nondestructive testing for pipelines and pipelines under various pressures in Oilfield capital construction project by comparing and classifying the common construction codes, combining with the actual situation of construction site and talking with the design unit, and hence an appropriate detection ratio was proposed and it might be used for reference.
