Comparison of two imaging modes of sectorial scanning in ultrasonic phased array inspection
摘 要
介绍了相控阵超声检测扇形扫描的两种成像方式,即按实际几何结构成像和按声程成像。分别采用这两种成像方式检测近表面裂纹缺陷,通过对显示结果的比较,得出按实际几何结构成像的方式较优的结论;对焊缝检测,采用按实际几何结构成像更易准确判别缺陷,从而更能有效地确保焊缝质量、提升检测效率。
Abstract
Two imaging modes of sectorial scanning in ultrasonic phased array inspection are described respectively based on actual geometric structure and sound path in this paper. The near surface cracking defects are detected by phased array sectorial scanning and imaged via the two above-mentioned modes. The imaging mode based on actual geometric structure is found better than the other after comparing the imaging results. It is easier to accurately interpret the images displayed by the imaging mode using actual geometric structure,which will benefit the improvement of inspection efficiency and welding quality control.
