Failure Reason of the Heat Exchanger Outlet Line of Diesel Hydrogenation Unit
摘 要
对某公司柴油加氢装置加氢反应流出物/原料油换热器出口管线的泄漏问题进行了系统的分析与测试。结果表明:管道开裂机理为奥氏体不锈钢的氯化物应力腐蚀开裂。针对管道失效原因提出了相应的防治措施。
Abstract
The leakage problem of the hydrogenation reaction effluent/raw oil heat exchanger outlet pipeline of a diesel hydrogenation unit of a company was systematically analyzed and tested. The results show that the mechanism of pipe cracking was chloride stress corrosion cracking of austenitic stainless steel. Corresponding prevention measures were proposed for the pipeline failure cause.
