Synthetical Impact Factor for Synergy Assessing Residual Strength of Pipelines with Pitting Corrosion
摘 要
参照API 579-1/ASME-FFS-1-2007、ASME B31G系列以及DNV-RP-F101评价准则,研究了流变应力与鼓胀系数对点蚀油气管道剩余强度评价的影响,分析比较了三种准则的保守性。ASME B31G系列评价准则保守性最高,DNV-RP-F101评价准则保守性最低,API579-1/ASME-FFS-1-2007评价准则保守性介于两者之间。基于点蚀管道服役真实工况的多目标规划模型,提出一个协同评估综合影响因子,以线性加权和法寻求最优解,为评估人员选择合理可靠的评价准则提供辅助作用,为安全评价提供新思路。
Abstract
The effects of flow stress and expansion coefficient on assessing residual strength of oil and gas pipelines with pitting corrosion were studied according to assessing criteria API 579-1/ASME-FFS-1-2007, ASME B31G series and DNV-RP-F101. And the conservative property of above three criteria was analyzed and compared. The conservative property of ASME B31G series assessing criterion was the highest, the conservative property of DNV-RP-F101 assessing criterion was the lowest, and the conservative property of API 579-1/ASME-FFS-1-2007 assessing criterion was between above two criteria. A synthetical impact factor for synergy assessing was proposed based on multi-goal programming model under the real working condition of metal pipelines with pitting corrosion, which used linear weighted sum method to find the optimal solution. It can provide auxiliary for assessors to select reasonable and reliable evaluation criteria, and provide new ideas in safety evaluation.
