Key issues and technologies of radiographic digitization in nuclear power industry
摘 要
从技术数字化转变途径、数据处理与分析、设备长周期管理三个方面研究数字化关键技术。射线数字化检测技术具有高灵敏度、高分辨率、低剂量、在线监测、远程共享等优点,主要包括:CR/DDA/CT技术、冷阴极X射线成像技术、管道数字化自动检测技术、管道腐蚀射线数字化检测技术;数据处理与分析主要包括对底片原始信号的叠加、搭接,缺陷辅助自动识别以及三维建模质量的评定;设备长周期管理是指通过设备信息管理平台的建设,来实现对设备的多方位、全寿期管控。结合上述三个方面实现检测数据融合、云端存储与远程监控功能。
Abstract
This paper studies the key technologies of digitization from three aspects:digital transformation approach, data processing and analysis, and equipment long-cycle management. Digital technology of ray detection has the advantages of high sensitivity, high resolution, low dose, online monitoring, remote sharing, etc., and it mainly includes:CR/DDA/CT technology, cold cathode X-ray imaging technology, pipeline digital automatic inspection technology, pipeline corrosion ray digital detection technology. The digital data processing and analysis mainly includes the superposition and overlapping of original negative signals, the auxiliary automatic identification of defects, and the evaluation of 3D modeling quality. Equipment long-cycle management is to realize multi-directional and full-life management and control through the construction of equipment information management platform. The above three aspects are combined to achieve detection data fusion, cloud storage and remote monitoring functions.
