Corrosion measurement of pipeline with cladding layer based on DDA
摘 要
压力管道在长期运行过程中,容易受内外介质的化学或电化学腐蚀而出现壁厚减薄的现象,壁厚减薄严重时会影响生产安全。通常,对压力管道腐蚀进行常规检测时需拆除包覆层,耗费大量的人力物力,应用可行性较差。针对该问题,提出基于数字探测器阵列(DDA)检测技术的带包覆层管道腐蚀的检测方法,试验分析了该方法的检测精度,并提出改进措施与进一步的研究方向。
Abstract
During the long-term operation of the pressure pipeline, its wall is easy to be thinned by the chemical corrosion with the internal and external media, which will affect the industrial production. In the conventional corrosion measurement, the cladding layer needs to be removed, thereby causing a certain waste of human and material resources. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper proposes a method for measuring corrosion of pipelines without dismantling the cladding layer based on DDA detection technology. The measurement accuracy of this method was analyzed by a series of tests, and then the improvement measures and further research directions were proposed.
