Establishment and Application of a Database for Analysis of Discharge Foreign Matters in Gas Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgear
摘 要
气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)在设计、制造、安装和运行维护时会产生金属异物,导致其内部会发生局部放电甚至电弧放电。通过建立异物对比分析数据库,将GIS相关已知材料及放电异物的成分数据形成系统完善的数据库。在分析放电异物时,通过对放电异物成分数据与数据库中已知材料的成分对比分析,可快速准确地得出放电异物的材料和来源。该GIS放电异物分析方法可为GIS制造厂及用户现场放电事故的调查研究提供可靠的数据支撑,并可为GIS装配、试验、安装过程中如何预防放电异物再次混入提供系统可靠的理论依据。
Abstract
During the design, manufacture, installation, operation and maintenance of gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear (GIS), metal foreign matters would be produced, which would lead to partial discharge and even arc discharge in the interior. Through the establishment of foreign matter comparative analysis database, the composition data of GIS related known materials and discharge foreign matters were formed into a systematic and perfect database. In the analysis of discharge foreign matter, through the comparative analysis of the composition data of discharge foreign matter and the composition of known materials in the established database, the material and source of discharge foreign matter could be quickly and accurately obtained. This method could provide reliable data support for the investigation and research of the field discharge accidents of GIS manufacturers and users, and also provide a theoretical basis for how to prevent the remixing of discharge foreign matters in the process of GIS assembly, test and installation.
