Design and Results Analysis of Proficiency Testing Scheme for Determination of Charpy Impact Strength of Plastic
摘 要
对参加塑料简支梁冲击强度检测能力验证计划的实验室进行了评价。对设备评价合格的实验室的检测结果进行了正态分布检验和Z比分数统计,并对影响试验结果准确性的因素进行了分析总结。结果表明:检测试样均匀稳定;3家实验室因设备不合规定未列入统计,其余19家实验室测试结果均为满意;参与能力验证的实验室对塑料简支梁冲击强度的检测能力良好。
Abstract
Laboratories participating in proficiency testing of charpy impact strength determination of plastic were assessed. The normal distribution test and Z score statistics were carried out for the test results of laboratories with qualified equipment, and factors could affect the accuracy of test results were summarized. The results show that test samples were uniform and stable. Three laboratories were not included in the statistics due to unqualified equipment, the test results of the other 19 laboratories were satisfactory, which indicated that laboratories participating in the proficiency testing had a good ability to test the charpy impact strength of plastic.
