Application of stepped loading mode in acoustic emission testing of composite container
摘 要
对阶梯加载方式在复合材料容器声发射检测中的应用进行研究,发现每一阶梯载荷下的费比变化过程可以用来细观描述容器受载时的变化过程,获得和常规加载方式一致的信号趋势信息,且对容器强度影响较小。研究可为该种加载方式在容器质量评估中的应用提供支持。
Abstract
Research on the application of stepped loading mode in acoustic emission testing of composite container was briefly introduced. The analysis shows that, the changing process of Felicity ratio at every pressure step can describe the evolutionary process of the container under loading. The changing trends of AE signal for container under stepped load mode are consistent with that of container under boosted load mode. Damage degrees are the same in these loading modes. These research results could provide basis for the quality evaluation of composite container.
