Influence of Expansion of Metallurgical Auxiliary Materials on Melting Point Detection and Solutions
摘 要
模铸渣及覆盖剂等冶金辅助物料在加热过程中产生的膨胀现象会干扰熔点检测结果的判定。为了寻找消除物料膨胀的方法,分析了物料膨胀的原理及影响因素,并对消除物料膨胀的焙烧制度进行了试验研究。结果表明:通过磨细物料的粒度和增加高温焙烧工序,可以消除物料的膨胀性。不同物料的磨制工艺和焙烧制度可以通过试验来确定。
Abstract
The melting point detection were interfered by expansion of metallurgical auxiliary materials such as mould slag and covering agent during heating.The principle and influencing factors of material expansion were analyzed and the roasting process for eliminating material expansion was studied to find a solution.The results show that the expansion was eliminated by grinding and roasting materials.The grinding and roasting process of different materials can be determined through experiments.
