Effect of Dissolved Oxygen on H2S Corrosion Behavior of BNS Pipeline Steel
摘 要
基于两阶段式腐蚀浸泡试验,研究了溶解氧对BNS管线钢H2S腐蚀行为的影响规律及机理。结果表明:在H2S环境中,O2的混入对BNS管线钢的均匀腐蚀具有显著的促进作用,这主要与O2和H2S反应生成SO42-、S2O32-以及单质硫有关;与单一H2S环境相比,O2/H2S共存环境中BNS管线钢表面腐蚀产物覆盖增多且更为疏松;O2的混入促使BNS管线钢局部腐蚀敏感性增加,溶解氧、由H2S和O2反应生成的单质硫及S2O32-对局部腐蚀发展均有贡献。
Abstract
Based on a two-stage corrosion immersion test, the effect and mechanism of dissolved oxygen on H2S corrosion behavior of BNS pipeline steel were studied. The results show that in H2S environment, the mixture of oxygen could significantly promote the corrosion of BNS pipeline steel because of the formation of SO42-, S2O32- and elemental sulfur in the reaction between O2 and H2S. Compared with the single H2S environment, the corrosion product on BNS pipeline steel surface in the O2/H2S coexistence environment was much more and looser. The mixture of oxygen increased the localized corrosion sensitivity of BNS pipeline steel, which was contributed to dissolved oxygen, elemental sulfur and S2O32- generated by the reaction between H2S and O2.
