Failure Analysis of Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Tube
摘 要
某化工厂换热器的0Cr18Ni10Ti不锈钢换热管发生开裂。为查明开裂管道的失效原因,对其进行化学成分、硬度、金相、断口形貌和腐蚀产物分析。换热管发生开裂原因为管道加工后残余应力较大,在氯离子环境中发生了应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)。
Abstract
Some 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel heat exchange tubes of a heat exchanger in a chemical plant cracked. In order to find out the causes of failure, the chemical composition, hardness, metallography, fracture morphology and corrosion products of the cracked tubes were analyzed. The reason for cracking of the heat exchange tubes was that the residual stress in the tubes after processing was large, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) occurred in chloride ion environment.
