Ultrasonic inspection of baffle bolts of nuclear power reactor internals
摘 要
根据国外核电站的运行经验,随着反应堆运行时间的积累,受高辐照影响,围板螺栓内部会有辐照促进的应力腐蚀裂纹的产生,并可能导致断裂失效,因此应对螺栓进行体积检验。分析了某核电站围板螺栓的结构,针对可能产生缺陷的区域设计了超声检测方案,通过试验验证了该方案的有效性,并在现场实施了围板螺栓的超声检测。
Abstract
According to the operating experience of foreign nuclear power plants, with the accumulation of reactor operating time and the influence of high irradiation, the irradiation assisted stress corrosion crack will be generated inside the baffle bolts, which will lead to fracture. Therefore, the bolt should be examined by volume inspection. This paper analyzes the structure of baffle bolts in the nuclear power plant, and designs an ultrasonic inspection scheme for the areas where defects may occur. The effectiveness of this scheme is verified by experiments, and the ultrasonic inspection of baffle bolts is implemented in field.
