The importance of visual inspection in welding quality inspection of steel structure
摘 要
无损检测在钢结构焊接质量检验中起着重要的作用。超声检测、磁粉检测等无损检测方法都属于焊后质量检测,而对坡口间隙、焊接电流大小、焊条状态等进行目视检测可在源头上控制焊接质量。呼吁同行们能够重视目视检测的作用,并加强目视检测的应用,促进目视检测的发展。
Abstract
Nondestructive testing (NDT) plays an important role in welding quality inspection of steel structures. The nondestructive testing methods such as ultrasonic testing and magnetic powder testing belong to inspecting after welding, whereas the visual inspection of groove gap, welding current, electrode status can control the welding quality at the source. This paper calls on the peer to pay attention to the role of visual inspection, and strengthen the application of visual inspection in order to promote its development.
