Comparison of Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation of New and Old Brinell Hardness National Standards for Metallic Materials
摘 要
对比分析了GB/T 231.1-2009和GB/T 231.1-2018新旧标准中测量不确定度的评定方法,并采用新旧标准中的测量不确定度评定方法计算了Cr12MoV钢和标样布氏硬度的测量不确定度。结果表明:2018版标准中的方法较2009版的可以获得相对准确的测量不确定度,方法M2可以获得比方法M1更小的测量不确定度。
Abstract
The evaluation methods of measurement uncertainty in GB/T 231. 1-2009 and GB/T 231. 1-2018 were compared and analyzed. The measurement uncertainty of Brinell hardness of Cr12MoV steel and standard sample was calculated by using the measurement uncertainty evaluation method in the new and old standards. The results show that the method in the 2018 version standard could obtain relatively accurate measurement uncertainty compared with the method in the 2009 version. The measurement uncertainty of method M2 was smaller than that of method M1.
