Influence of Pigging Treatment on Anti-corrosion Performance of Acid Gas Pipeline
摘 要
基于现场集输管道,采用市售泡沫清管器和皮碗清管器,对在油田采出水模拟液中浸泡72 h的20号钢进行处理,采用电化学方法、表面形貌观察等研究了不同清管球对管道防腐蚀效果的影响。结果表明:清管后管道内部积液及固相沉积物明显减少,清管处理有助于提高管道的防腐蚀性能;同等过盈量条件下,皮碗清管器的防腐蚀效果优于泡沫清管器的。
Abstract
Based on on-site gathering and transportation pipelines, commercially available foam pigs and cup pigs were used to treat the No. 20 steel that had been immersed in simulated oil field produced water for 72 hours. Electrochemical methods and surface morphology observation were used to study the influence of different pigging balls on anti-corrosion effect of pipelines. The results show that after pigging, internal liquid and solid deposits in the pipeline were significantly reduced, and pigging treatment helped to improve the corrosion resistance of the pipeline. Under the same interference condition, the anti-corrosion effect of cup pig was better than that of foam pig.
