Practice and Thinking of Test Rate Control for GB/T 228. 1-2010
摘 要
介绍了应用GB/T 228.1-2010中试验速率控制在执行过程中的影响因素,给出了各种试验速率控制方法的建议适用范围。方法A1的控制精度最高,但是应用场景较为狭窄;方法A2性能稳定,应用方便,但柔度修正难以准确执行;方法B应用范围最为宽泛,但速率控制要求最低,试验结果的离散度最大。建议方法B名称改为基于应力速率引导的试验速率控制方法,方法A2名称改为基于应变速率引导的试验速率控制方法。
Abstract
The influencing factors of the application of GB/T 228. 1-2010 test rate control in the implementation process were introduced. The scope of application of various test rate control methods was given. The control precision of method A1 was the highest, but the application scenario was narrow. Method A2 was stable in performance and convenient in application, but it was difficult to perform flexibility correction accurately.Method B had the widest application range, but the requirement of rate control was the lowest, and the dispersion of test results was the largest. It is suggested that the name of method B should be changed to test rate control method based on stress rate guidance, and the name of method A2 should be changed to test rate control method based on strain rate guidance.
