Problems in Standard ISO 2019 Edition for Tensile Test of Metallic Materials at Room Temperature and Suggestions for Revision of GB/T 2010 Edition
摘 要
为完善GB/T 228.1标准,对金属材料室温拉伸试验方法标准ISO 6892-1:2019存在的争议进行了分析,并提出了GB/T 228.1-2010的修订建议。结果表明:ISO 6892-1:2019仍然存在2009版和2016版标准中存在的两个问题,分别为给方法B贴上“应力速率控制的试验速率”标签和依据不真实的试验条件得到的数据推荐应变控制方法和方法A。建议恢复GB/T 228.1-2010草案中的方法C,既可以避免方法B试验结果再现性差的缺点,又可以克服方法A测量结果偏低、效率低及可行性差的缺点。
Abstract
In order to improve GB/T 228. 1 standard, the disputes existing in the standard ISO 6892-1:2019 for tensile test at room temperature of metallic materials were analyzed, and the revision suggestions of GB/T 228. 1-2010 were put forward. The results show that there are still two problems in ISO 6892-1:2019, which exists in the 2009 and 2016 editions,they are method B is labeled "testing rate based on stress rate" and strain control mode and method A are recommended according to the data obtained from the untrue test conditions. It is suggested to restore method C in GB/T 228. 1-2010 draft, which can not only avoid the shortcoming of poor reproducibility of method B test results, but also overcome the shortcomings of lower measurement results and efficiency as well as a lack of practicability of method A.
