Relationship between signal amplitude and depth quantitative error of eddy current testing for defects in heat exchanger tubes
摘 要
对传热管进行涡流检测,分析不同类型缺陷幅值与缺陷深度定量误差之间的关系,得到缺陷幅值与缺陷深度定量误差的关系曲线,可为进一步开展工程应用提供参考。
Abstract
The eddy current testing is performed on the heat transfer tube, and the relationship between the amplitude of different types of defects and the quantitative error of the defect depth is analyzed, and the relationship curve between the amplitude of the defect and the quantitative error of the defect depth is obtained, which can provide a reference for further engineering applications.
