Lastest Progress of Transverse Tensile Test Standards for Metallic Material Welds at Home and Abroad and Amendents for GB/T 2651-2008
摘 要
拉伸试验是评价金属材料焊缝力学性能最有效的一种试验方法,在焊接设计和选材等方面得到广泛应用。目前多个国家已发布金属材料焊缝横向拉伸试验标准,笔者对比介绍了国内外相关标准的最新进展。相较而言,我国金属材料焊缝横向拉伸试验标准标龄较长,内容过时,且部分内容不够准确,标准亟待更新。最后提出了表注、图、试验温度等相关内容的修改建议。
Abstract
Tensile test is one of the most effective test methods to evaluate the mechanical properties of metallic material welds, which is widely used in welding design and material selection. At present, many countries have issued standards for transverse tensile testing of metallic material welds. The latest progress of relevant standards at home and abroad was introduced. By comparison, the standard of transverse tensile test for metallic material welds in China has a long standard age and is out of date, and part of the contents are not accurate enough, so the standard needs to be updated urgently. At last, some suggestions on the modification for table notes, diagrams and test temperature are put forward.
