Application of high-temperature magnetic particle testing in nuclear power plant
摘 要
介绍了华龙一号压水堆核电站主蒸汽、主给水管道相关焊接接头的高温磁粉检测技术特点,叙述了高温磁粉的特性,设计和制作了用于工艺验证的模拟试件,并对高温磁粉检测工艺进行了灵敏度验证,介绍了高温磁粉检测的实施要点和安全措施。内容可为高温条件下实施磁粉检测的同行提供参考。
Abstract
This paper introduces the technical characteristics of high-temperature magnetic particle testing of the main steam and main water supply pipe-related welding joints of HPR 1000 pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant, describes the characteristics of high-temperature magnetic powder, designs and manufactures the simulated sample blocks and specimens for procedure qualification, and carries out sensitivity verification of high-temperature magnetic particle testing. It also introduces the implementation process and safety measures of high-temperature magnetic particle testing.It can provide a reference for peers who tend to implement magnetic particle testing under high temperature conditions.
