Application of Polymer Material Repair Technology to Backwash Filter of Nuclear Power Plant
摘 要
田湾核电站反冲洗过滤器在运行过程中发现其底部因腐蚀发生喷水。由于过滤器壳体为铸铁材料,现场无法提供有效的焊接修补方法。通过从涂层和海水环境等方面分析反冲洗过滤器的腐蚀原因,提出了一种高分子材料快速修复技术,修复完成后设备运行2 a未发生腐蚀泄漏。
Abstract
During the operation of backwash filter of Tianwan nuclear power station, it was found that the bottom of backwash filter was sprayed with water due to corrosion. Since backwash filter housing was made of cast iron, an effective welding repair method could not be provided on site. By analyzing the corrosion causes of backwash filter from the aspects of coating and seawater environment, a rapid repair technology of polymer material was proposed. After the repair was completed, the equipment has been running for more than 2 a without recurring of corrosion and leakage.
