Corrosion Reasons and Anti-Corrosion Measures for Rubber Lined Pipe in Auxiliary Cooling Water System of a Coastal Power Plant
摘 要
对某滨海电厂辅助冷却水系统衬胶管道的腐蚀情况进行检查,分析了衬胶管道腐蚀穿孔的主要原因。结果表明:牺牲阳极无法起到保护作用、钛管造成的电偶腐蚀以及检修方式带来的机械损伤是造成衬胶破损的主要原因。根据分析结果,建议减少衬胶管道的拆卸频率,并安装阴极保护装置。
Abstract
The corrosion of rubber lined pipe in the auxiliary cooling water system of a coastal power plant was checked, and the main reasons for the corrosion and perforation of the rubber lined pipe were analyzed. The results showed that the sacrificial anode protection could not play a protective role, galvanic corrosion caused by titanium tube, and mechanical damage caused by maintenance methods were the main reasons for the damage of rubber lining. According to the analysis results, it was recommended to reduce the frequency of rubber lined pipe removal and to install cathodic protection devices.
