Effect of Impact Notch Type on Ductile-Brittle Transition Temperature of 34CrNi1Mo Steel
摘 要
对34CrNi1Mo钢分别进行V形和U形两种缺口类型的冲击试验,并绘制出剪切断面率与试验温度的曲线。通过曲线及韧脆转变温度的对比,分析缺口类型对34CrNi1Mo钢韧脆转变温度的影响。结果表明:不同缺口类型对34CrNi1Mo钢的韧脆转变温度有较大影响,U形缺口试样测得的韧脆转变温度低于V形缺口试样测得的韧脆转变温度。
Abstract
The impact tests of V-notch and U-notch were carried out on 34CrNi1Mo steel, and the curves of shear section ratio and test temperature were drawn. The influence of notch type on the ductile-brittle transition temperature of 34CrNi1Mo steel was analyzed by comparing the curves and the ductile-brittle transition temperature. The results show that the different notch types had a great influence on the ductile-brittle transition temperature of 34CrNi1Mo steel, and the ductile-brittle transition temperature measured by U-notch specimens were lower than that of V-notch specimens.
