Comparison of digital radiography testing standard NB/T 47013. 11-2015 and SY/T 6423. 5-2014
摘 要
GB/T 9711-2017标准中关于数字射线检测的引用标准为SY/T 6423.5-2014,当按照GB/T 9711-2017标准生产钢管时,应执行SY/T 6423.5-2014标准或其他国际标准,但按照特种设备的有关规定,制管厂的无损检测人员在培训考证时,学习的是NB/T 47013.11-2015标准,这两个标准虽然都是关于数字射线检测的规定,但在某些方面存在差异。对NB/T 47013.11-2015标准和SY/T 6423.5-2014标准的异同点进行了比较分析,以便为制管厂检测人员深入理解和正确执行标准提供参考。
Abstract
The reference standard of GB/T 9711-2017 standard on digital radiography testing is SY/T 6423. 5-2014. When steel pipe is produced according to GB/T 9711-2017 standard, SY/T 6423. 5-2014 standard or other international standards shall be implemented. However, according to the relevant provisions of special equipment, what the NDT personnel of pipe factory learnt during its training and certification was often the NB/T 47013. 11-2015 standard. Although these two standards are both about digital radiography testing, there are differences in some aspects. The similarities and differences between NB/T 47013. 11-2015 and SY/T 6423. 5-2014 are compared and analyzed, so as to provide reference for the inspectors in the pipe making plant to deeply understand and use the standard and correctly implement the standard.
